About the job T-CNA|T-LNA Duties:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Assist with transfers, walking, and physical activities as directed.
- Help with feeding patients and documenting their nutritional intake.
- Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition.
- Set up medical equipment and assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by changing linens, disposing of waste, and sterilizing equipment.
- Comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
- Participate in continuing education programs and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LNA certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience as an LNA, preferably in a healthcare facility.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
