JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for directing the efforts of assigned staff and overseeing all table games operations for the River Casino & Sports Bar or the Lucky Moose Casino & Tavern. The Table Games Manager will also serve as the property MOD in the absence of other department directors and managers, providing leadership direction to the assigned staff in accordance with property Tables of Organization. Ensures efficient management of revenues, controls costs, and maintains high quality control of products along with the delivery of excellent guest services. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for overall management supervision of all functions assigned and provides leadership direction in accordance with the organizational chart.Responsible for on-going daily operations, guest services, and interface with other departmental operations personnel.Verifies the accuracy of the table game bankrolls and inspects all decks of cards prior to use, supervising the opening and closing of all table games in accordance with established protocols.Verifies all calls for check change/exchange of cash for chips as requested by dealers.Responsible for the selection, training, evaluation, and supervision of all staff in accordance with the organizational structure.Conducts interviews, training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff as assigned.Ensures that all employees understand and are accountable for their area(s) of responsibility. Acts as a role model for employees and fosters teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.Protects the integrity of all table games through observation, ensuring dealers are following all procedures, policies, and internal controls.Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.Monitors performance standards regularly, work procedures and expedites workflow.Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.Works closely with all department leaders on complying with the departmental policies and procedures and recommends revisions as necessary to ensure the protection of company assets.Ensures staff compliance with all necessary controls to ensure the integrity and security of all casino transactions.Analyzes operational procedures on a regular basis and ensures they are consistent.To provide excellent service to internal and external guests and to ensure their complete satisfaction, inclusive of greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general education required.3-5 years related experience required.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months.Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid NH gaming license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
