ABOUT THE ROLE

Detailed completion of the thermistor process

LOCATION

Onsite at our St Marys, PA location

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations

Perform tableworker function within the following areas: bake through contact, AQL, matchstick, dip solder through pack, plastics and inspection

Ensure quality product through effective use of process/product measuring equipment and interpret results

Accurately maintain process/product information

Identify non measurable defects through vision/touch techniques

Provide active input to continuous process improvement

Effectively communicate job related information

Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area

Ensure product is placed at the proper location following assigned task

Write process/product documentation

Basic understanding of all processing steps in the manufacturing process

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma/GED or minimum of 2 years production manufacturing experience.

Ability to read/understand work instructions/process sheets/equipment manuals, write process/product documentation, mathematics, understand and apply SPC fundamentals
