The Role:As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for roles critical to corporate business functions, such as Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Actuary, and HR. From the creation of a performance profile to gaining the candidate's acceptance, you will drive the full cycle of our talent acquisition process, helping to establish our reputation as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide full lifecycle recruiting, to include: sourcing, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, interviewing, evaluating skills, and negotiating compensation packages.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and channels including, social media, job boards, CRM/ATS tools, and other candidate engagement or recruitment advertising channels, as needed.
- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize their hiring needs, set expectations, deploy an efficient interview process, and ensure a high touch experience for every candidate and client. Create lasting relationships with hiring managers where you become their talent advisor and consultative partner.
- Use your talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, creative, and high-performing team by serving as a model for partnership, mentorship, and integrity.
- Utilize a lens of Diversity and Inclusion when evaluating, recommending, and guiding candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders through the evaluation and selection process.
- Review ROI of recruiting efforts, as well as monitor and manage the recruiting process to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Attend conferences, networking events, and other related opportunities to stay abreast of key trends and focus areas within the expertise domain of Talent Acquisition.
- Oversee the pre-employment processes, including reference checks and required pre-employment screening.
Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or related field) is required.
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally with 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a true consultative partner to the business.
- Experience using tools such as TalentNeuron to educate and influence hiring managers when aligning on a recruiting strategy.
- Proven ability to source candidates across all levels of the enterprise, from entry level to leadership positions.
- Strong ability to interview and assess candidate skills based on performance driven behaviors.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
- Superior organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
