Your Impact:

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Future Talent will:

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment to fill early talent roles.
  • Leverage talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other sourcing tools to engage with prospective talent.
  • Present and participate in virtual and in-person career-related events to market GroupM and our early talent opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to determine early talent needs and provide updates as needed.
  • Assist with developing strategies to market and expand brand awareness of our early talent opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our ways of working focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reach or exceed TABP performance benchmarks & goals (hires, feedback, DEI initiatives, etc.).
  • Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources; OR equivalent professional work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior full lifecycle recruitment experience preferably within emerging/early talent.
  • Knowledge of Jobvite or another Applicant Tracking System, Handshake, and/or interest in technology (ATS, data & analytics) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally or domestically as needed for recruitment-related events including virtual events.
  • Prior experience in college/university admissions and/or recruitment is a plus.
  • Prior experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and/or other talent sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Project management or coordination experience is highly desired.
  • High level of comfort and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to commit to and take an active role in increasing representation in hiring through DEI initiatives.
  • Proactive and collaborative worker, able to ideate and manage new initiatives, demonstrating a hands-on and highly organized approach to all tasks.

    The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
