We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with leadership, hiring managers and other HR staff to understand the scope, nature and objectives of each open position. This role will focus primarily on building on-going pipelines of candidates for exempt roles including software development, structural engineering, strategic marketing, sales and operations leadership, among others.
* Lead the development and posting of positions, identification of qualified and diverse candidates, interviewing and selection processes, and pre-employment processes
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting qualified, diverse talent
* Build Alpine's employer value proposition and ensure compliance with legal requirements and staffing guidelines
* Lead the development and tracking of all staffing-related metrics; use data to inform hiring decisions, optimize sourcing efforts and drive talent acquisition strategies for the organization
* Utilize online employment websites, trade publications, university partnerships and social media to build a robust candidate pipeline
* Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events to source candidates and build brand recognition
* Additional projects as assigned
