CCH participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the hiring landscape, a strategic approach to recruitment, and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* Bachelor's Degree required.* A minimum of five (5) years of proven human resources experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment related role is required.* Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.* Experience recruiting in a healthcare and/or public health setting is highly desirable.* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.If you are interested, please email your resume to ...@centralcityhealth.com
