Genesis10 is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant with our client in the insurance industry located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 4+ month, remote, contract position that pays up to $49.80 an hour based upon level of experience.Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on building strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy to attract and retain top talentConsult with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positionsCreate a robust pipeline of candidates through advanced sourcing including web searches and utilizing our current applicant tracking system, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., to increase creative digital sourcingProvide an exceptional candidate experience both, internally and externally, throughout the hiring processManage weekly recruiting metrics and reports pertaining to open positions and recruiting operations and use this data to influence hiring and support actionable decision-makingInterview and qualify potential candidates based on the agreed upon competencies needed, goals, and needs of the business to hire the best-fit candidateManage the recruitment processes by appropriately tracking statuses within the applicant tracking system to allow for accurate reporting to support overall talent acquisition processes and business goalsEncourage hiring managers to keep diversity front-of-mind and understand what diversity looks like on their team to help influence diversity of people and thoughtParticipates in a variety of related projects that are new, complex, or may require a high degree of initiative, self-direction, and innovationActs as a mentor to designated department staff and maintains a level of responsibility for training new hires on the Talent Acquisition teamEngage sourcing and coordination resources into the process at the right timeRequirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent6+ years of recruiting experienceAbility to fill roles ranging in scope from entry-level positions up to leadership-level positionsPossess knowledge of the organization's business model, operations, financial goals, and overall Talent strategyUnderstands the knowledge, skills, experience, and competency requirements for positions, and for sourcing top talent for current needs and pipelining future needsAbility to provide value-added, recruiting advice to hiring managers to help influence talent decisions and negotiate compensation based on job and market trendsSolid business insight and a broad understanding of current business trends and strategiesAbility to engage at all levels of the organization - handle ambiguity, structure priorities, deliver on results, and build relationships while thinking strategically and objectivelyAbility to manage multiple competing priorities that require attention to detail and nuanced communicationAdvanced consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully persuade senior stakeholdersSound knowledge of all state and federal laws and regulations regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action is highly desirableExpertise in Boolean search methodsProficiency in Microsoft suiteOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
