We are looking for a talented contract recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our team is responsible for generating and maintaining an active candidate pipeline to fill positions. This includes sourcing passive candidates from various recruitment channels, proactive outreach, referral generation, and managing hiring managers' expectations.

Position Summary and Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to move candidates through the selection and hiring process.
- Drive focused searches through various channels, including internal RMS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc.
- Successfully source active and passive candidates for assigned searches.
- Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a best-in-class recruiting process and meet time-to-fill goals.
- Conduct pre-screen assessments on candidates meeting the minimum requirements for assigned positions.
- Provide detailed summaries to hiring managers of candidates passing the initial screening process.
- Manage candidate offer negotiations with hiring managers within established company policies.
- Proactively recruit to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
- Follow established processes to ensure high standards of communication, courtesy, and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Effectively sell our employer value proposition to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment or a combination of corporate and agency environments.
- Experience generating candidates from various sourcing channels, not limited to job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, client management, vendor & agency management, immigration policy, legal & compliance issues, compensation, and candidate negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree (preferred).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Workday (RMS system).
- Certification or formal training in internet search techniques.
- A strong background in recruiting for technical positions.
- Previous experience in a consultative environment.
