Don't wait… apply today!Job Title: Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: El Dorado Hills California (Hybrid)Pay Range: $21.00 per hourWhat's the Job?The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides recruiting coordination support to one ormore business units, partnering with Talent Advisors to achieve department goals. The Coordinator will possess strong calendaring skills, problem solving capabilities, be highly skilled at coordination and a have a high level of resourcefulness. The Coordinator must be able to multitask, adaptable to change and prioritize activities to meet rigorous deadlines. Talent Acquisition Coordinators collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, internal clients, and Executive and Administrative Assistants. The Coordinator will contribute to and/or be responsible for Talent Acquisition projects, reporting functions and special initiatives. Primary goal is to act as central liaison for Talent Acquisition coordination, administrative functions and new hires coming on board.Responsibilities:Coordinate interview scheduling and recruiting activities for interviews for a superior experience to both internal and external clients.Initiate and facilitate background check process. Provide consistent status updates to candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Advisors.Complete new hire transactions in Oracle recruiting Cloud accurately and within timely manner.Produce weekly new hire reporting through Excel and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.Maintain coordination processes and ensure hand off process is smoothConfirm candidate details in Oracle Recruiting Cloud are accurate before new hire processing.Efficiently prioritize workload and meet deadlines or communicate request for extension.Available to provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department.Knowledge and Experience:High School diploma or GED required.Bachelor's Degree preferred.2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment coordination experience is required.Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience preferred.Previous experience with scheduling complex interviews through MS Outlook.Proven track record of consistently delivering error-free work results in a fast-paced work environment.Outstanding customer service communication skills.Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands.Ability to remain flexible and adaptable within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines.Team player willing to assist wherever there is a need.
