Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Talent Acquisition CoordinatorStatus: Full-time, 40 hours/weekShift: DaysThis position is hy-brid, qualified candidates need to be able to work on-site in OaklandThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports all talent acquisition and on-boarding activities requiring high touch service and compliance with the hiring process. Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and internal and external applicants and associates, which includes sourcing, securing, developing and retaining talent for Trinity Health Michigan in order to provide regional alignment in Talent Acquisition practices, processes, and procedures.*This is a hybrid position.ResponsibilitiesKnows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.Provides recruitment coordination support, including but not limited to, applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools for entry level positions or high volume openings.Coordinates with Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for tasks required to be done on-site (i.e., finger printing, I-9 verification, badge photos).Compiles and prepares regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities.Assists colleagues, department managers and Talent Acquisition team with basic and moderately complex recruitment issues (i.e., Workday TA module technical support and assistance, candidate status in the process, TA process questions). Provides prompt solutions, highly responsive and superior customer service to inquiries and requests. Successfully builds relationships remotely.Maintains knowledge about positions, required skills, competencies and culture of the unit/organization in order to market/recruit/source appropriate applicants.Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health's Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.What we are looking for:Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and processes as normally obtained through an Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field with two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or a customer service support role in a high volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Effective communication skillsProficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.General knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices, processes and procedures.Proficiency in utilizing human resource technology (i.e., HRIS, applicant tracking systems, etc).
