The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support our recruitment efforts by managing various aspects of the hiring process. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities within our organization.

Role & Responsibilities

* Help create and post job descriptions on various platforms

* Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate information and recruitment metrics; ensure data accuracy and compliance

* Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of candidates, sourcing from a variety of channels, including, but not limited to, networking, social media, internet, cold calling, employee referrals, campus recruiting, attending industry related events, and other tactics to discover top talent

* Identify and research new job boards and innovative sourcing avenues, including industry-specific associations, groups, and other platforms as needed

* Monitor status and success of job advertisements; update and renew advertisements to ensure they are timely and relevant

* Assist with event coordination and attendee tracking

* Other supporting duties as assigned

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting

* Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
