This ideal candidate is responsible for day-to-day management and operations of the Talent Acquisition function to achieve performance and hiring goals of the team. The Talent Acquisition Director will partner with hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline and contribute to organizational success by developing the overall talent acquisition strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, direct and oversee corporate talent acquisition program
- Execute effective recruiting strategies for delivering top-quality talent and meeting hiring plans in a timely and consistent fashion
- Collect and store candidate and job related data and track and monitor the process of candidates through all stages of the hiring process
- Lead and develop a passionate recruiting team and manage resources
- Define, track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance
- Oversee and manage the recruiting capital and operation budgets
- Assist with executive searches
- Provide overall direction and management for strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning staffing best practices, systems, and methodology
- Build a network of contacts and attract talent for future opportunities through networking, cold-calling, research and direct sourcing
- Attend industry events representing company to attract top talent in the industry
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for supervising all recruiters to ensure productivity and achievement of hiring goals

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 10+ years of human resources experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR management preferred
- Experience in staffing function creating and strong process excellence
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media and recruiting process workflows
SKILLS
- Ability to develop creative solutions and drive effective organizational change
- Proven track record in sourcing passive talent and executive recruiting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Strong command of internet search tools and techniques
- Flexible and collaborative team player with ability to adapt in all environments
- Ability to prioritize work based on business demands
- Detail and metric-driven to achieve established goals
CERTIFICATES, LISENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- SPHR, PHR or GPHR certification preferred
