Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent aligned with its culture and values. Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Managing the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers.
• Performing onboarding tasks such as preparing offer letters, distributing new hire paperwork, and conducting orientation.
• Maintaining employee data in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including new hires, pay changes, separations, and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
• Administering I-9 verifications, E-Verify processes, and conducting audits.
• Representing the company at career fairs and expanding professional networks through social media and industry organizations.
• Acting as a liaison with external vendors for recruitment-related initiatives.
• Supporting Human Resources with special assignments, data organization, and file management.
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
o Three years of direct recruitment experience preferred.
o Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems is a plus.
• Skills:
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
