Talent Acquisition Lead - Princeton, NJ - Fulltime

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our recruiting efforts. You will be responsible for creating and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and providing guidance and support to our hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions in the technology, engineering, and Automotive industries.

Lead Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Sourcing candidates: Using job boards, social media, and other channels to find qualified candidates
  • Screening applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants
  • Develop job postings and manage job boards
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team
  • Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the company
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes

Lead Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 9-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the technology, engineering, and Automotive industries.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multitasks and prioritize effectively
