This full-time position is located in Roxbury and reports to the Director of Human Resources. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Program Liaisons, oversee the Recruiting Assistant, and implement creative talent acquisition strategies across platforms such as ADP Recruiter, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, for all CSR positions.
  • Partner with HR Program Liaisons to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with CSR's mission and workforce needs.
  • Oversee and mentor the Recruiting Assistant, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Utilize strategic sourcing techniques across multiple platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Develop job postings and recruitment marketing materials that align with CSR's employer brand and diversity goals.

  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.
  • Expertise in recruitment platforms, including ADP Recruiter, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in data-driven recruitment with experience analyzing and reporting on metrics.
  • Commitment to CSR's mission and values, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
