As a TA Manager key responsibilities will include, building out and implementing recruitment processes, full cycle recruitment efforts, and building and maintaining candidate pipeline. This opportunity is located in Vernon CA and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is looking to pay between 120k-130k on a direct hire basis. Experience working in a manufacturing environment and Bilingual in Spanish is a must! - Developing and implementing new Recruitment strategies, polices, and procedures
- Handling all aspects of full cycle recruitment
- Maintaining active candidate pipeline
- Developing relationships with key community partners
- Track and analysis recruitment metrics
- Over 5 plus years of TA Managment required for role
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish required for role
- Experience working in the manufacturing related industry highly preferred
- Experience building out and managing recruitment process
