We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a division of a multi-billion dollar global company.
Summary:
This role is responsible for driving all talent acquisition related initiatives for the Division.
The essence of the position is to ensure that the business has the right people in the right place at the right time to execute its strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide the business with the highest-quality talent within the right timescales and at the right cost. The Talent Acquisition Manager will determine staffing needs, develop hiring strategies, and lead employment branding initiatives.
This is a high-level individual contributor role reporting into the Divisional VP of HR and a dotted line into the Global Talent Acquisition Leader.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the staffing/employment function and activities.
-Ensure that staffing needs meet governmental requirements.
-Develop and implement recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
-Manage and administer talent management efforts and employee referral programs. Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters (retained and contingent), job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates.
-Manage the resume tracking system. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.
-Serve as or oversee website content expert for Staffing & Recruitment. May maintain manpower planning system and guide management on employment matters and/or affirmative action plans, as applicable.
-Provide reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc., to Human Resources staff and/or senior management, as appropriate. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
