Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead our recruiting efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the talent market, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive positioning in the talent market.
- Conduct training for hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
- Oversee and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
- Certification from a recognized HR organization (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
