Job Summary and Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Manager innovates and drives recruitment strategies across the Foundation, designing and executing methods to attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring the Foundation's sustained growth and success. This role will also design and lead the development of an internal internship program as well as participation in local programs as an avenue for building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for open positions.

Talent Acquisition (80%):

* Shape and own the end-to-end talent acquisition function, executing effective local and regional sourcing strategies and processes to attract and hire diverse, talented team members and build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and potential candidates.

* Continuously innovate recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

* Engage with community leaders and HR professionals to drive strategic recruiting initiatives and empower managers to actively contribute to the talent acquisition process.

* Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are centered as core values, and recruiting practices are compliant with organizational policies and all regulatory requirements.

* Develop, implement, and evaluate cost-effective recruiting methods. Develop and monitor appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact, and cost effectiveness of recruitment programs.

* Mentor and coach hiring managers to elevate their capabilities in interviewing and selecting candidates, ensuring inclusive practices are consistently applied. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, challenges, and ideal candidate profiles.

* Manage contracts and placement orders for temporary agency personnel.

Internship Program (10%):

* Design and lead the development of an internal internship program as well as participation in local programs.

* Ensure a valuable learning experience for interns that cultivates critical skills for the interns' professional development.

* Guide, support, and mentor interns working with OCF through local internship programs or as direct hires.

* Seek and develop internship resources and training for interns and managers.

* Consult and meet with supervisors as they develop internship position descriptions, interview, and implement the internship program.

* Develop and monitor appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact, and cost effectiveness of internship programs.

Marginal Job Duties (10%):

* Lead HR and special projects as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities (0%)

* No direct supervisory responsibilities on an ongoing basis. However, this role will guide, support, and mentor interns working with OCF through local internship programs as well as interns OCF hires directly.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Minimum of five years of experience creating and optimizing recruiting and retention strategies, including experience with full-cycle recruitment and experience coaching and supporting hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions.

* Proven background in developing innovative recruiting strategies focused on increasing diversity in the applicant pool.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Active SHRM-CP or PHR preferred. An equivalent level of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.

* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

* Strong knowledge of laws impacting hiring and selection processes.

Travel (10%):

* Requires travel for networking, job fairs and on occasion to attend workshops and conferences. Travel to regional offices as needed to ensure recruitment strategies are effectively implemented and meet the needs of the different regions.

Working Conditions & Safety:

* Comfortable office environment.

* Minimal physical effort, occasional lifting and carrying to 60 lbs.

Hybrid Policy:

OCF supports a hybrid work environment. This position will have the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays when doing so aligns with the responsibilities of the position. During the initial training period, this position may work more frequently in the office.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Hiring Range: $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.

* Salary offers are determined in conjunction with an internal pay equity assessment. This initial hiring range reflects our starting offer based on your skills and experience. It's important to note that this is just the beginning; our overall salary structure offers additional opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and development within the role, as well as resources available.

* This is a full-time, exempt position.
