In this critical role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all departments, including creative, media, strategy, and technology. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with top talent in the advertising and media industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including but not limited to:
- Job posting on relevant job boards and platforms
- Networking and attending industry events
- Utilizing social media and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Building and maintaining a strong employer brand
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks
- Manage the entire offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on the advertising/media industry
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the advertising/media industry
