Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Allied Solutions' hiring managers. This position delivers high quality exempt and non-exempt level candidates for open positions and advances the Allied brand across numerous markets and professional communities.

This position will also lead our campus recruiting and intern program initiatives. This role will play a critical part in building relationships with universities, engaging with students, and identifying exceptional talent to support our company's growth and innovation.

Overall, this individual will perform full lifecycle talent acquisition activities including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations etc. and develops candidate pipelines across for full time and internship recruiting.

Full Cycle Talent Acquisition:

* Recruiting Process: Conducting hiring strategy sessions with managers to clearly define what they are looking to identify in a candidate, sources passive candidates through a variety of methods focusing on social media, networking, leveraging employee referrals and other creative and traditional search methods, prescreening or interviewing candidates over the phone or in-person, coordinating interviews and preparing candidates, educates candidates on the benefits of becoming an employee at Allied Solutions, and leads the offer, negotiation and closing process in line with Allied guidelines and exhibits fairness, professionalism and appealing career propositions to candidates.

* Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.

* Develops search strategies and manages the candidate and hiring manager experience.

* Collaborates with all members of the Talent Acquisition Team to develop best practices, promote continuous improvement and foster information/idea sharing.

* Keeps accurate documentation related to candidate interactions and statuses that is in full compliance with all legal and internal requirements.

Campus Recruiting:

* Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's overall growth strategy and the skill requirements of our businesses, ensuring these insights are integrated into our recruiting strategy.

* Strategically plan by developing and executing a strategic campus recruitment plan to attract top-tier talent, aligning with the organization's long-term and immediate talent needs.

* Develop and execute dynamic campus events, workshops, and presentations to position Allied as the employer of choice among college students.

* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through early identification, proactive sourcing, and relationship-building efforts.

* Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging interaction with potential hires.

* Leverage social media platforms and digital marketing strategies to amplify Allied's visibility and broaden its appeal, attracting top candidates.

* Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Responsible for internship program development by working to design, implement and execute summer internship program, including leadership and development opportunities and onboarding process.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required.

* 3 to 6 years experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition/recruitment of individuals across multiple locations and disciplines.

* 2-3 years campus recruiting and internship coordination experience

* General experience recruiting for all levels required. Additional experience recruiting senior/executive level preferred.

* General knowledge of all areas of talent acquisition required, including but not limited to: sourcing passive and active candidates, qualification methods, networking, skills assessment, interviewing, legal issues, offer negotiations, administrative responsibilities and managing the candidate / hiring manager experience.

* Experience working with an applicant tracking system, conducting behavioral based interviews, conducting background/reference checks; and knowledge of employment laws as it pertains to the primary responsibilities of this position.
