Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Talent Acquisition Partner to their Talent Acquisition team.Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Partner works in partnership with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & other stakeholders to develop and execute a national recruiting strategy to attract, screen & hire highly qualified insurance professionals to meet the diverse needs of Foundation Risk Partners.Essential Functions:
- Develop, standardize, and implement all phases of the recruitment strategy and workflow process across multiple brands.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective sourcing methods based on the specific roles, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions that encompass all hiring criteria in line with the FRP brand.
- Develop a sourcing plan that creates a pipeline of qualified candidates through research, career websites, social media and other creative recruiting methods.
- Screen & qualify candidates by reviewing resumes, applications and performing phone screenings.
- Manage the overall candidate experience from interview, selection and offer process.
- Oversees preparation of interview questions, scorecards, testing and other hiring and selection materials.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent offer details.
- Facilitates the offer process, including salary negotiations and conditions of employment with candidates.
- Cultivate relationships with local colleges and Gamma Iota Sigma chapters promoting Foundation Risk Partners to students for potential internship and career opportunities.
- Build a referral base by networking through industry contacts, association memberships, personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
- Promote employee referral program across all business units.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage all active job posting through applicant tacking system
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms, Adobe Pro with strong technical/computer ability. Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to effectively interact and communicate at all levels including executive management.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in related area.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in full cycle recruiting
- Proficient in sourcing passive candidates through using various sourcing platforms, including but limited to LinkedIn
- Insurance Industry experience preferred
- ADP Vantage Recruiting Management experience preferred
