Are you an experienced recruiter with a healthcare background? Nuvem would like for you to join our team. The ideal background is someone who has recruited on the provider side in healthcare, placing Pharmacy roles, Doctors, Nurses, and/or hospital staff. Hybrid role reporting to either our office in Sharon Hill, PA or the corporate HQ in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for managing the recruiting lifecycle for non-exempt and exempt employees. This consists of sourcing, qualifying candidates, screening candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, facilitating interviews with hiring managers, conducting debriefs and decision-making sessions, placing successful candidates, and managing administrative components of the process.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Leader with all recruiting-related functions, projects, hiring, and execution of talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's staffing and talent needs.
  • The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing relationships with HR leadership and hiring managers to ensure top talent is hired to meet current and future business needs.
  • Actively engage and bring forth ideas to be best-in-class in terms of recruiting process and procedure, serving as a subject matter expert on recruiting strategies and tactics to provide coaching to hiring managers.
  • Ensures each candidate has a positive experience at every touchpoint in the recruitment process, including the application, interviewing, and hiring process, to influence their decision to choose to join the company.
  • Develops an expert level of understanding of all business areas being supported.
  • Builds and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders while providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensures a continuous talent pipeline is available by using proactive sourcing, technology, and utilization of external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, including prior experience in healthcare recruiting (Pharmacy, Providers, Nurses, Doctors, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and certifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of others through healthcare recruitment.
