JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is an active member of the HR team in defining, creating, establishing and promoting all main functions associated with Human Resources including recruitment and hiring, administration of benefits, employee database administration and employee relations and development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and meet goals and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Work to proactively create and maintain a database of qualified candidates to choose from for when positions become open.
  • Write, edit, and post job summaries on relevant platforms.
  • Extend job offers negotiating terms of employment creating win-win outcomes that contribute to positive brand awareness.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies and technology to find quality candidates and prospect for new business including participating in recruitment events.
  • Work with staffing agencies to source contract hires to fill temporary staffing needs.
  • Build relations with external partners creating new sources for mining talent.
  • Leverage talent acquisition strategies that increase brand awareness and represent Innovista in recruitment opportunities.
  • Review data points to help the team make data driven decisions on recruiting and strategic partnerships.
  • Promote talent acquisition and build competence of hiring managers through education and training.
  • Stay abreast of trends proactively solutioning to bring best practices to team for consideration.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience as talent acquisition specialist performing full cycle recruitment. Experience gained in other human resources disciplines desired.
  • Minimum 3 years experience building proficiency with diverse ATS leveraging to fullest extent including setting metrics and running reports.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Comfortable interacting with and influencing key decision makers.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to think critically and solutions effectively.
  • Ability to execute, deliver on a strategy with precision, and be results focused.
  • Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in developing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Human Resources certification strongly desired.
  • Ability to travel.
