Job Description:

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We provide a full continuum of highly effective services - for people of all ages and every level of abilities - based on best practices and scientifically proven techniques. Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, structured day programs, group home and apartment programs both on-campus and in the community, short-term behavioral stabilization services for children, and in-home and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Bancroft is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Bancroft, including sourcing, attracting recruiting, screening/interviewing, and on-boarding employees to our organization.

  • Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiation, and close process.
  • Identify diverse, top-level talent within the organization's primary markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, online resources and professional associations.
  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit students/alumni and diverse candidates.
  • Strategically partner with hiring managers to support recruiting initiatives and coordinate interview process.
  • Lead recruitment for corporate and clinical departments, partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related field required
  • Prior recruiting experience in a high-volume environment required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong relationship building skills required
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to build a consultative approach with hiring managers necessary
