This position requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques, working requisitions from opening through on-boarding, handling a high volume in multiple states and the ability to communicate at a high-level with your internal hiring managers.Essential Duties/Accountabilities
- Promote the Baker culture throughout the organization in all communications.
- Build strong relationships with managers, and other field leadership to promote positive employee relations.
- Conduct ongoing meetings with Management from all Regions to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and communicate / support / implement value-added services as related to human capital.
- Post, processes, and manage job requisitions.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with employment agencies, colleges, university, and community college placement offices.
- Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting strategy for position.
- Source, screen, and interview applicants, extend verbal and written offers and follows up on the interview process status.
- Conduct background checks, new-hiring drug screening, and any other applicable employment testing
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Actively utilize HR tools and systems to effectively input data, analyze trends, and drive metrics to support HR goals and initiatives.
- Completes weekly reporting on employment activity and ad hoc reports.

- This role can be in-office or hybrid with periodic requirements for travel to the corporate office as needed for essential meetings or planning sessions.
- Frequent travel at a minimum of 25%-30% to locations within your assigned geography is required to proactively address leadership or team member concerns.
- While performing the duties of this position, employee may work in offices and other warehouse/storeroom environments on occasion.

- The employee frequently is required to stand sit or walk, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business or related field or experience in lieu of degree is required.
- Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- 1-5 years' experience candidate sourcing in multiple talent markets is required.
- Experience working a full req load in a candidate-driven market.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deep sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience.
