Come join us!ABOUT THE ROLEIntelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the Director of Human Resources. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience while contributing to the growth and success of our team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by partnering with HR and business partners and meeting with managers to discuss needs and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media.
  • Attract applicants by utilizing career sites and networking tools and resources and attending career fairs and community events.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team, human resources and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Other HR duties as assigned.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU, IF:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or closely related field.
  • 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Advanced HR certification (PHR, CCP, etc.) preferred but not required.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and technology solutions to drive HR operational efficiency.
  • Ability to influence, engage, and partner closely with appropriate partners across all levels of the organization with demonstrated success in delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to HR subject matter areas.
  • Self-starter that takes initiative to lead and drive improvements without constant direction.
  • Working knowledge using Rippling or other HRIS/ATS systems.
  • High proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, & Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent project management, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, use discretion and manage sensitive and confidential information.

OTHER INFORMATION:
  • The is a full-time position expected to work 40 hours per week.
  • Hybrid role in Columbus, OH
  • Travel: There could be potential travel to our San Diego, CA office.
  • The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, in an indoor, temperature-controlled environment. The office environment noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, standing and walking intermittently, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear. The employee is required to use office equipment such as a computer, mouse, keyboard, printer.
  • The employee may sometimes be required to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary:
  • The expected salary range for this exempt position based on the primary location of OHIO is $70,000 - $90,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
