Due to tremendous growth we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team at our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA, 4 days per week, on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and sales positions, and plant positions Supervisor and above.
  • Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active communication
  • Assist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices including but not limited to internal and external postings, creating recruiting collateral materials, and consistently promoting open positions on IFTV, social media, job boards and other outlets as appropriate
  • Support partnering with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting plans for assigned open positions
  • Conduct candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques including job boards, social media, networking and other internet research techniques
  • Manage the offer and pre-employment screening process including administration of drug tests, background checks and E-Verify
  • Assist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
  • Some experience in a corporate HR environment
  • Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience with an ATs such as ICIMS is a plus
