- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including recruitment strategy meetings, crafting job profiles, engaging in networking opportunities, facilitating candidate assessments, coaching managers on selection techniques, and managing the offer process.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and organizational policies, fostering stakeholder trust and alignment.
- Guide business leaders through the vacancy approval process and develop tailored recruitment strategies that address unique talent needs.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, coaching them on effective recruitment strategies and best practices to achieve hiring goals.
- Create detailed documentation to inform executives of recruitment progress, support decision-making, and align with organizational expectations to instill confidence in the process.
- Foster deep, high-touch partnerships with business leaders, aligning recruitment outcomes with organizational needs, values, and leadership expectations.
- Build meaningful relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including collecting, auditing, and filing competition documentation, maintaining accurate recruitment databases, and tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to inform leadership.
- Conduct follow-up activities to measure satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and continuously enhance recruitment processes.Is this a good fit for you?We're looking for someone who has the following:
- Experience using an applicant tracking system is a must, and recruiting experience in a unionized environment is preferred.
- Extensive experience managing all aspects of recruitment, including intake meetings, job profiles, networking, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Extensive experience in leading executive recruitment including strategic sourcing, documentation and reporting.
- Skilled in using professional networks to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Expertise in coaching leaders on recruitment strategies and leveraging industry trends and tools to drive innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with HR partners, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.Your background and experience
- A bachelor's degree is required with a concentration in human resources, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
