Enabling global flight, with passion.Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for strategically driving full cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top tier flight crew for Jet Aviation. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers, customers and stakeholders leveraging expertise in sourcing and interviewing to fulfill the organizations staffing needs efficiently and effectively. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the efforts and drive initiatives to attract top talent to meet the current and future business needs. The targeted salary range for this position is $85,000- $90,000, annually. This is a hybrid position, working at least 3 times weekly from the office, out of our listed locations below:
