- Initiate candidate contact, interviews, and follow-ups. (Full cycle recruiting)
- Source talent using various recruiting tools
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline with technical skill focus
- Leverage research skills to capture, organize, and share candidate and sourcing information
- Actively contribute to the definition of future recruiting processes and sourcing strategy
- Oversee pre-employment steps including reference checks and background tests when applicable
- Draft employment documents
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Key Competencies
- 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years general HR experience
- Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
