You'll be a key part of the launch team that will help bring the electrification revolution to driveways, job sites, and highways everywhere. BlueOval Battery Park Michigan will produce the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells to power the next-generation Ford EV passenger vehicles and trucks under development. This new wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company will create more than 1,700 jobs whenproduction begins in 2026. ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...
- Support salaried recruiting and hourly high-volume recruiting.
- Build pipelines of talent for future business needs.
- Engage with the community to build Ford as an employer of choice.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the HR team.
- Build strong relationships and business acumen to enable overall business strategy.
- Strong resilience and ability to be flexible and shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
- Develop sourcing strategies and work with hiring teams to engage and motivate teams to build an always on hiring culture.
- Analyzes data and metrics across the recruitment cycle, generates reports, and provides insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes. Tracks key metrics such as time-to-fill, source efficiency and effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and identifies opportunities for improvement across the recruitment cycle.
- Demonstrated strong creativity, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexible and resilient personality, acting quickly in fast-changing situations.
- Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities as needed by the team.
QualificationsYou'll have...
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
- 5 plus years' experience coordinating internal and external job postings, including utilizing social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- 5 plus years' experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Implements company policies, protocols, and procedures across talent planning, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, offer rollout and negotiation, ensuring compliance with companywide policies, relevant laws, and regulations to effectively partner with the business and fulfill hiring needs.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
