Job Description:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are seeking two experienced Contract Recruiters for a 3-4 month assignment to support our Building Climate Solutions (Commercial) Business Segment. These roles are crucial in helping us attract and hire top-tier talent for both our Commercial Manufacturing Plant and Commercial Field Sales teams.
Role 1: Manufacturing Plant Recruitment
- Focus on recruiting for positions such as Production Managers, Engineers, Quality Assurance and Operations roles.
Role 2: Field Sales Recruitment
- Focus on recruiting for roles such as Commercial Territory Managers, Engineered Sales Managers, and VRF Sales Managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and screen candidates to assess technical competence, relevant experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Present well-qualified candidates to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the business segment, specific roles, and team dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Provide guidance to Hiring Managers, alongside HR Business Partners, on best practices for interviewing and selection to maintain a fair and consistent process.
- Proactively source candidates using various job boards, social media, and professional associations.
- Manage candidate communication, including interview details and updates.
- Contribute to our ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts by providing diverse candidate slates to Hiring Managers.
This position is a hybrid role working Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work on Friday at home.

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Prior experience in full-desk recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (preferably iCIMS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Passion for identifying and engaging with top talent to drive the company's success.
