If you possess ambition and a drive for results, we invite you to apply and be a part of our exciting journey!Who You Are:You are a purposeful Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a passion for:* Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers* Consistently exceeding goals* Managing time effectively* Being a positive ambassador of change* Demonstrating your effective communication skillsWhat You Will Do:* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding* Responsible for coordinating all pre-employment activities for candidates including obtaining and processing CORI, SORI, Drug Testing, etc.* Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences* Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, hiring events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition* Remain informed about relevant employment laws and regulationsWhat Skills You Will Need:* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition role* Minium of three years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment* Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition* Effective communication and interpersonal skills* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications* Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWant to learn more about this exciting opportunity?Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* In office Monday to FridayEducation:* Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:* Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)* Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
