DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-life cycle recruiting role with a heavy emphasis on sourcing and finding net-new candidate traction. The Specialist will identify, evaluate, and hire candidates who meet our talent standards and who support our company's mission to put quality patient care and excellent patient/customer experience at the forefront of everything we do. They will be primarily responsible for the internal and external recruitment of behavioral healthcare professionals including, but not limited to: Licensed Therapists (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP), and aid in the recruitment of Psychiatric providers (e.g., Psychiatrists, Advance Practice Registered Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners), and other positions (Admin, Community based, Call-center, etc.). Job Duties:
- Partner as a strategic resource with hiring managers to ensure the successful acquisition of talented team members across our clinic locations in the greater Mid-West.
- Full life cycle recruiting while providing a positive, high touch, candidate experience.
- Conduct detailed intake meetings to learn about open positions to inform recruitment strategy.
- Source, attract and convert quality active and passive candidate leads in accordance with our organization's talent goals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates through resume review and interviews in partnership with hiring managers.
- Manage accurate and up to date candidate documentation with strong attention to detail utilizing our various HR technology tools including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek out and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) KPay.
- Provide dependable recruiting updates to hiring manager partners regarding the status of their search.
- Present Nystrom's value proposition to candidates in a compelling way.
- Represent Nystrom in a professional manner authentic to our company mission, vision and values at all times working to reveal the company brand and reputation in the market.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience. Ideally in healthcare or highly driven corporate environments.
- Experienced in active sourcing which includes LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean web searches and cold reach outs using licensure lists or other contact information.
- Excellent communication skills, articulate, intellectually curious, and passionate about Mental Health.
- Self-starter with a passion to learn about mental health needs in the community.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Experience utilizing Applicant tracking systems to effectively track candidates.
- Make recommendations to ensure collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each clinic. Contribute ideas toward multiple clinics and departments to improve processes.
- Willing to travel to our local community clinics and partner with clinical leaders in hiring thought leadership
- Available for ad hoc job fairs, community outreach events, and tabling events in local clinic communities
