The Impact You Will Have:

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will partner with all members of our Talent Acquisition & Business Partner teams to build candidate pipelines for positions across all business units nationwide. This position plays a critical role in ensuring QTS has a high-quality talent pipeline available at all times.

What You Will Do:

  • Source for high priority positions across the business to include Facilities, Finance, Sales, Corporate, and Technical Operations positions.
  • Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent through social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches.
  • Lead Recruitment Marketing initiatives to identify and connect with passive candidates.
  • Gain a strong understanding of hiring profiles across the business as well as urgent hiring needs.
  • Measure and track pipeline activity and share results.
  • Support recruiting agency program and other programs as assigned.
  • Serve as recruitment technology administrator for specialized recruiting tools.
  • Workday system testing as required to support recruiting module enhancements.
  • Craft custom and meaningful outreach to encourage engagement when needed.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Five or more years of successful candidate sourcing experience.
  • Three years of recruitment marketing experience.
  • Two or more years of applicant tracking software experience.
  • Strong Project Management and prioritization skills.
  • Workday experience preferred.
