As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening, and selecting candidates for various clinical positions within Discovery ABA. You will also be responsible for assisting in vairous tasks for sourcing applicants for our open positions. You will develop and maintain relationships with applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and be responsible for applicant's initial onboarding steps.What you will love about Discovery

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience. Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is a plus
- Experience in the ABA field is a plus
- Experience using salesforce is a plus
- Experience in sales or recruiting is a plus
