What does a recruiter do?As a Recruiter at Discovery ABA, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your role will be pivotal in identifying top talent to join our team and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process. By actively engaging with candidates and assessing their qualifications, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standard of care and service that our company is known for. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Location: Inwood, NY - full-time, in-office position
