Also responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and onboarding support to the HR Department to ensure that objectives are accomplished with established timelines.Job Group Classification:Talent AcquisitionOvertime Status:Non-ExemptSalary Range:$28.50-$32.00 per hourWork Location:HybridType of Employment:Full-Time, PermanentSchedule:Monday - FridayWhy Should You Apply?Competitive payTuition assistance/Licensing supportMedical, Dental, & Vision Benefits Options for Full-time EmployeesFlexible spending accounts for medical expensesDependent care with company matchEmployee assistanceLife, Legal, and Pet Insurance401(k) with a company matchPaid Sick Leave/Holidays/VacationExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and diverse environmentPosition Responsibilities and Duties:Complete 10+ scheduled interviews daily and send out 12 offer letters weekly for the pediatric and education departments.Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and leadership team to develop talent attraction and acquisition strategy and action plans aligned for the company.Work closely with the PQ Talent Management team to assess, identify, and provide program participant training and development opportunities.Provide administrative support for HR Coordination Dept.Follow the Talent Acquisition team processes and procedures, update and create new guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed and ensure consistency with EEOC guidelines.Responsible for entering employee changes into ClearCompany, ADP Recruiting Management, and ADP WorkforceNow HRISProvide accurate and timely recruitment reporting in our ATS/HRIS system.Monitor and report on talent attraction and acquisition trends and market intelligence.Responsible for communicating pay and status changes to employees.
