We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate HR team to support and improve how our company attracts and retains new hires via innovative candidate attraction strategies.
Position Details/Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers across the company; serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for talent sourcing and screening.
* Consult on interview and selection decisions
* Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals
* Designing and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
* Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
* Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
* Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
* Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience is required
* IT recruiting knowledge preferred.
* Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
* Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines
* Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
* A positive, can do attitude
Education:
* High School Diploma Required
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR a combination of education and comparable experience
