Job Title: Talent Acquisition Diversity Program Coordinator Location: West Point, PA (2-3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Duration: 1Year 10 Months on W2 Contract Qualifications: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day management of two future talent diversity internship and apprenticeship programs. The primary focus of this role is to attract and develop diverse talent who possess valuable, in-demand skills but may not have a four-year degree. These innovative pathway programs currently enroll approximately 100+ candidates annually, and we are looking for a strong talent acquisition professional to lead the growth and evolution of these programs. • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in program management, preferably within talent acquisition or diversity and inclusion initiatives.

• Strong understanding of future talent development and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver robust diversity program experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using technology and software applications to optimize program management processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their application in talent attraction and branding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform program improvements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
