Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
ARKRAY is currently seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to dive right into an exciting project and help us on our path to establishing a new office in Texas.
Qualified candidates within the United States who are willing to relocate to the designated city will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Post job descriptions online and internally
- Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and other effective sourcing strategies
- Perform phone screens and provide candidate assessments, recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration
- Schedule interviews and make travel arrangements for candidates if necessary
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- General compensation management such as market pricing positions, negotiating salaries with final candidates, internal equity, etc.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Five or more years of recruiting experience required
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office software required
- Fluent English required (Japanese or a second language is a plus)
- College degree in related field preferred
