ResponsibilitiesThis is a remote position, however, the person filling the role will be required to travel within the NY market to academic events 2-3 days per week.Artificial Intelligence; Advanced Technology; The very best in patient care. When you join as aTalent Acquisition Specialist , you will be a strategic business partner who fosters an environment of trust and confidence with operations while providing an exceptional experience to the organization applicants and candidates.You Will:Develops and maintain relationships with professional organizations, colleges and schools, and community organizations to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions. Contacting school career counselors for providing informative brochures about our company's internship programs. Liaise with other teams for designing internship programs and defining hiring needs.Attending school job fairs to interact with graduating students as well as promoting our company's employer brandPlanning and coordinating career events for recent graduates and students belonging to relevant fields/departmentsAdvertising current job openings to college alumni communities and schools.Develops a deep knowledge of business functions and their competitive landscape in the market.Plan, execute, track, maintain social media campaigns, email blasts, on-campus initiatives, career fairs, networking events, student presentations, and academic calendars.Promote company brand and cultureIf You Are:Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.At least 3 year of industry related experience.Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (experience formatting pivot tables with various formulas).Effective Communicator (written, verbal and presentation skillsActive Listener
