Embracing diversity by hiring personalities across any ethnicity, gender expression, and religion, Evolution is a global enterprise hiring individuals that will elevate our brand.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our thriving Talent Management Team, which is currently increasing in line with the Talent Strategy, continued success of the team and business.The chosen candidate will work under the HR Manager in the sourcing, finding and hiring of talented individuals to join our ever growing business here in Atlantic City.ResponsibilitiesBe fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various mediums we useTo liaise with other departments within the company to reach talent acquisition goalsTo be fully responsible in the talent acquisition processScreening of incoming CV's from different sourcesSetting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviewsUpdating the internal systemsAdvertising of available positions via all pre-defined mediumsLiaising with external agenciesTo take responsibility to suggest and then implement any ideas or improvements specifics for the recruitment teamTo push forward attraction and talent selection conceptsTake responsibility to finish duties, be it in or outside of working hoursChampion the 'Human Element' within Evolution GamingQualificationsExcellent English language proficiencyFluency in any other EU language(s) would be considered an asset2 to 4 years of experience working within the recruitment sectorVery good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business developmentAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAdditional InformationBenefitsThis position is an excellent opportunity to join the fast-growing Evolution team.
