- High school diploma
- Knowledge of calendaring technology such as Outlook
- Comfortable in Excel spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple people/programs simultaneously.
- Detail oriented and comfortable with a high volume of work.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to make timely decisions and prioritize projects/responsibilities.
- Must possess strong technical skills in tools such as Client Office products (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules panel interviews for job requisitions
- Act as the point of contact for orientation & onboarding answering questions about pre-employment and onboarding processes to ensure prompt completion and a positive candidate experience
- Maintain consistent communication with the Talent Acquisition leadership and their teams
- Communicates with Recruiting Partners, candidates and hiring leaders to keep them informed of interview schedules
- Reviews and updates the interview tracker in excel to ensure all tasks are completed
- Uses Workday to access resumes and input data regarding interviews for panels to upload interview guides
- Leverages Workday to assign requisitions
- Other duties, as assigned
Comments/Special InstructionsCandidate should be local working hybrid schedule of Tuesday/Wednesday onsite.
