We are partnering with a client company to hire a Corporate Recruiter to work onsite in Elmira, NY. This is an established manufacturing company with a family-oriented culture that you'll hire top manufacturing talent for.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and streamline the hiring process.
- Full cycle recruiting experience; from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Perform various HR functions, including benefits administration and employee communications, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role
- Experience recruiting for a manufacturing company a plus
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- A strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and a persistent approach to finding the best candidates
