- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential consultants and candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for internal roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and project teams to understand internal needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Placement Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
