Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.

* Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

* Work to build a strong employer brand to excite top talent about joining the team.

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

* Use job boards, social media and ATS to source, evaluate and select candidates for open positions.

* Develop specialized intelligence concerning talent development and employee retention.

* Work with Director to develop partnerships and training programs with local and national technical programs to build a talent pipeline.

* Organize and/or attend career fairs.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

* Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.

* Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the recruitment process.

* Collaborate across key departments to improve the candidate experience from application through onboarding.

* Work with leadership and hiring managers to streamline onboarding.

Requirements: The successful Candidate will possess the following experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with experience recruiting for Technical roles preferred.

* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

* Ability to travel as needed to support recruitment efforts across the US.
