TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Summary:

The TA Specialist / recruiter is responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This position will also be responsible for the full life cycle student recruitment and the partnership with local schools to attract top student talent for FGFLife student placement program.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Perform reference check as needed
  • Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Create a comprehensive Campus Strategy based on market data and expertise
  • Build and nurture relationships with our key school partners
  • Serve as the main point of contact for FGFLife student placement program for candidates, educational institutions, and the business
  • Plan and attend various campus events including networking sessions, conferences, info sessions to promote FGFLife student placement program
  • Serve as the FGFLife Brand Ambassador to expand our internal and external footprint
  • Partner with Communications Specialist to create FGFLife social media content and posts to be shared through Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish a tailored campus recruiting approach at selected school partners to secure top talent
  • Manage internal FGFLife student placement program events

Qualification Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience of recruiting experience preferred
  • Must have the ability to manage relationships at all levels: senior leadership, hiring managers, college administration/faculty, and students
  • Ability to travel and work overtime during peak season campus recruiting season
  • Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
